What is a "POA"?

A Power of Attorney gives another the authority to act on your behalf during your lifetime when you are otherwise incapable to act on your own.

What is a "RA"?

A Representation Agreement gives another the authority to make decisions relating to your health and care while you are still alive, but otherwise incapable.

When an individual passes away, before an executor can begin administering the estate, they must first obtain a grant of probate or administration from the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Can I Dispute an Inheritance?
